Due to strict Parliamentary rules, MPs can only assist their own constituents. Therefore, please ensure that you supply me with the following information:

  • Your full name
  • Full address, including postcode
  • Contact telephone number
  • Any relevant reference numbers (Home Office Reference Number, National Insurance Number, Application Number, etc.)
  • Our case reference (e.g. GF123456) if you are emailing regarding an existing case

Every day I receive hundreds of emails from constituents and organisations. My team will always endeavour to respond to constituents as quickly as possible. However, please allow 10 working days for us to reply.

Emails where I am CC’d in will be taken note of and filed appropriately but will not be responded to.

I am unable to respond to all lobbying and campaign emails due to the vast amount of these which I receive. I can assure you that all these emails are read and taken on board.
